Our shipping policy ensures your order arrives promptly. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a tracking number once shipped.


Processing & Cut-off Time

We make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed after being placed.

UAE Cut-off Time:

2:00 PM (GST, UTC +4), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days.
  • Cost: Flat rate 10 AED.
  • Free Shipping: On orders above AED 150.
🌍 GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar)
  • Delivery Time: 4–7 business days.
  • Shipping Rates by Country:

    A flat rate is applied per order based on your local currency:

    • Saudi Arabia: SAR 30

    • Oman: OMR 3

    • Bahrain: BHD 3

    • Kuwait: KWD 2.5

    • Qatar: QAR 30

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Rafoof is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Change Address: Contact support@rafoof.com within 24 hours.

Order Acceptance, Pricing & Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. You may be asked to provide additional verification (phone/address) before acceptance.

Fraud Prevention: To prevent card fraud, we may validate your payment and personal details. We reserve the right to cancel orders with suspected fraudulent risk.

Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect prices and will notify you if this happens.

Order Status & Updates

What happens after I place an order?

You will receive an order confirmation email. Check your spam folder if not found. If missing, email support@rafoof.com with subject “Order Confirmation Not Received”.

How do I check my status?

Track using the number emailed to you. If you don't receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us.
