1. How to Request a Return

1. Check Eligibility: Request within 14 business days from receipt.
2. Log In: Go to My Orders and locate the product.
3. Select & Submit: Choose the item, click Return, and provide the reason.
4. Schedule Pickup: Arrange a suitable time with the courier.
5. Prepare the Product: Unused, original condition, all packaging and accessories intact.
6. Hand Over: Give the item to the courier at the scheduled time.

2. Exchange & Time Frame

• Request within 14 business days.
• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Subject to product availability.

• Returns/exchanges can be requested within 14 business days from delivery.
• Public holidays in Gulf countries are considered in timing.

3. Non-Returnable Items

1. Used or opened health and cosmetic products.
2. Personal items (e.g., underwear, swimwear).
3. Any opened/used item (except for manufacturing defects).

4. Conditions & Refunds

• Return in original packaging with all accessories.
• If exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

• Refunds to the same payment method used.
• Typically completed within 10 business days after approval.

Return shipping is free of charge for all orders within the UAE and GCC countries. No fees will be deducted, and no additional costs apply for processing returns or exchanges.
